COLLECTION & DELIVERY
We display an estimated completion date during the order process; After completion, a courier company is contacted and your order will be shipped and delivered on the following working day (Monday - Friday). Once your order is complete, you will receive a verification email advising you of your tracking number so you can easily follow your item(s).
Alternatively, we also offer a click and collect service free of charge whereby you can place your order online and you can collect on the date of completion once notified via email. Please note that order cannot be collected until 4.30 pm on the completion date as a safeguard to ensure complete customer satisfaction
PRIVACY & SECURITY
Our website is protected using a secure SSL connection to ensure your details are stored safely. Payments for all goods on the website are processed in real-time and no card details are stored by The Scribes Colour Print. You are able to store your cards details for future purchases. These details are encrypted and stored with Stripe the online payment solution provider.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
We package all of our products to ensure your printing requirements are delivered or collected as securely and safely as possible. In the unfortunate event that your order appears to be damaged, please ensure you note this to ourselves upon collection or upon signing for your delivery. Having checked your newly received printed goods, should there be any signs of damage please ensure that you contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We are not at any point responsible for poor quality artwork and returns and replacements cannot be made under these circumstances
